Plant-Based Foods Culinary Training & Factory Farming Risks Awareness Boot Camp 2 is an integrated capacity-building program that combines practical plant-based culinary skills training with awareness on the environmental, health, and ethical risks associated with factory farming. The boot camp equips participants with knowledge to develop nutritious, sustainable food solutions while promoting informed food choices, food system transformation, and advocacy for healthier and more sustainable agricultural practices.
